“We are thrilled to host the 50/50 lottery fundraiser,” says Tom Zsolnay, UHKF President and CEO. “To purchase tickets, you must be located in the province of Ontario and over the age of 18. It is an exciting opportunity for people to win cash prizes and show community support at the same time. You win, our hospitals win—we all win.”
“We couldn’t do what we do without the support of our community,” says Cathy Szabo, Providence Care President and CEO. “This is why UHKF’s 50/50 lottery is so exciting. When you purchase a ticket you are directly impacting the lives of our patients, clients and residents. Thank you!”
“Kingston Health Sciences Centre welcome’s the foundation’s new 50/50 draw,” says Dr. David Pichora, KHSC President and CEO. “This new initiative from the University Hospitals Kingston Foundation is a win-win for draw participants and our entire community. We are truly grateful for our supporters and UHKF for their continued invaluable investments into our hospitals through this draw and other fundraising endeavours. Our donors help to ensure we have access to the best in equipment, facilities and training for our valued staff – key ingredients to KHSC’s success.”
“Due to the pandemic, UHKF is not able to host in-person events,” says Jeremy Clark, Healthcare Engagement Associate at UHKF. “This new fundraiser is a unique way to engage with community members and staff at KHSC and Providence Care. Visit the lottery website to purchase your tickets today and see the jackpot grow!”
Funds from this new fundraiser will support much-needed equipment, programs, education, healthcare facilities, and research that benefit the 500,000 people living in Kingston, southeastern Ontario, and beyond.
