Ian Ladd, who now lives in Montreal, remembers the care his parents received at Providence Care and KGH.

My mom suffered from Alzheimer’s Disease and received treatment at the Hildegard Centre before she became a permanent resident of Providence Manor. My dad had a quadruple bypass at KGH and passed away there many years later. My family and I are very thankful for the compassionate care our parents received.
