AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
University Hospital Kingston Foundation’s Audited Financial Statements (AFS) look different than those of most other Foundations.  The AFS reports on fund balances, but UHKF holds no funds because it disburses all funds raised to its General Members.  Every year it's net income is $0.

REGISTERED CHARITABLE INFORMATION RETURN
UHKF’s Registered Charitable Information Return is on the Canadian Revenue Agency's Charities website.  It includes Detailed Financial Information and Disbursements to Qualified Donees. 

The Canada Revenue Agency’s Guidance on Fundraising by Registered Charities released on June 11, 2009 provides guidelines to ensure charities are transparent and do not devote excessive amounts of time and/or resources to fundraising as opposed to fulfilling their charitable purposes.  It provides definitions for Fundraising Revenues and suggestions for allocating expenses between fundraising and charitable activities.
