Our Foundation is governed by a volunteer board of directors that includes two representatives from each of our three founding General Member foundations (Jeanne Mance Foundation, KGH Foundation and Providence Care Foundation). 

These six directors serve alongside six directors-at-large, elected from among community leaders who apply for the positions.   The Chief Executive Officers of our three hospitals also serve as full directors on our Board, for a total board complement of 15 directors.
